Who’s Graff?

i see this guys tag every ere in the Bronx over by where i live mostly by the 5 train line  and i always wanted to know who he is or were hes at or even if he lives in the Bronx. i give him props hes been hidden for more then 10 years so ho knows how old he or she is lol.
